Audi pilot narrates a virtual lap in 'Forza 5'

Despite Audi's crash in practice at the Circuit de la Sarthe on Wednesday, the company is still the one to beat at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. In conjunction with “Forza Motorsport 5,” Team Audi made a video of the perfect lap of the circuit with help from gamers everywhere.

Audi asked “Forza 5” players to submit their personal best Le Mans performances online. It took them, stitched the best parts together and let hot shoe Tom Kristensen do the voice-over.

The graphics in “Forza 5” are near photorealistic, so if you've never been there, this is about how it looks at 180 mph.

“Forza Motorsport 5” is out now for Xbox One. It and its main rival from PlayStation, the “Gran Turismo” series, are the two top racing simulators for console players.
