Suzuki Mighty Deck kei car concept at Tokyo motor show

Mighty Deck Kei Car concept features a retractable roof and open rear deck

Suzuki will showcase a new Kei car concept at the Tokyo motor show, dubbed the Mighty Deck.
Described as being a "fun-oriented minicar", the Mighty Deck features a retractable soft-top roof and an open rear deck. While the concept doesn't feature a traditional boot, there is storage space under the rear deck, accessed through a hinged tailgate.
The car's minimalist design continues inside, and features a central, digitalised dashboard with displays for current weather conditions and driving information positioned in the driver's field of vision. A separate screen mounted on the centre console shows navigation and infotainment data.
Although Suzuki hasn't said what engine powers the Mighty Deck, its Kei car dimensions mean it won't be more than 660cc or have more than 63bhp.
As well as the Mighty Deck concept car, Suzuki will also be showing anothert concept dubbed Air Triser, and the production version of its iM-4 concept car, which will take the Ignis name.
